We are recruiting for a Senior Security Specialist to join our team in Skelmersdale, Lancashire. This is a permanent position with great flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Senior Security Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of colleagues and customers by observing and reporting incidents, monitoring CCTV footage, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines and conducting internal investigations into stock loss, fraud and theft.

The ideal candidate will be vigilant, assertive and a helpful team player with a passion for security and delivering great service. You should have effective communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to deal with challenging customers with professional behaviour at all times.

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals looking to progress their careers in a fast-paced retail environment.
