At Police Digital Service, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Cyber Security Operations Lead. This role is a key part of our National Management Centre (NMC) team, responsible for delivering exceptional cyber security services to our organisation and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving and motivating teams, with experience working in fast-paced operational security environments. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanour. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with SIEM technology, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.

We offer a competitive salary of £62,500 - £67,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 28 days' annual leave, flexible working hours, and an excellent pension scheme.
