The successful applicant will be joining a highly driven team, and as a result will quickly develop the skills required, allowing to make a real difference, empowered to fulfil the potential. NRG riverside prides itself on promoting and developing their people, therefore the successful applicant will be given full training which will be on-going. Working in the compliance team, liaising with internal and external customers, the primary responsibilities will involve becoming an integral member of the team.

Working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, daily hours TBC.

NRG Riverside is a the UK’s largest municipal and specialist fleet hire company, we provide specialist vehicles on short and long-term hire, a range of vehicle maintenance packages and we offer a large portfolio of high-quality used vehicles for sale. NRG Riverside has the skills, knowledge and expertise to support all your operational needs. Established in 1996, we’ve supported our valued customers to rationalise and decarbonise their fleets, save money and improve efficiency by reducing ‘Vehicle Off Road’ (VOR) time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inputting of service data on to our web-based system with attention to detail being a prerequisite
- Booking customer compliance events with relevant service provider/RTR depot
- Maintaining accurate vehicle records
- Working with service providers to fulfil customer requirements.
- Investigate and solve customer queries.
- Provide detailed reports as required.
- Responsibility for inbound and outbound telephone calls and responding

accordingly.
- Working within a team

**Skills and Experiences**:

- You will need to be efficient in data input.
- Able to build relationships with staff across the business.
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Good IT/Excel skills - training will be provided on our in-house system.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of HGV and Tyre Industry
