Are you looking to invest in people development, are you the one to help with their learning and training journey?

As a Training and Compliance lead it will be crucial to develop a culture of continuous development, designing fit for purpose induction and learning programs and evaluating their impact.

You will shape a learning strategy from inception to implementation and create plans from a learning needs analysis. As well as the strategy you will coach and support the teams to align the learning agenda to the business needs.

What’s needed
- Previous experience working in FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in similar training role
- Ability to motivate and encourage staff
- Great organisational and a planning skills
- Experience using training and learning management systems
- Ability to keep up to date with the latest training and learning trends
- Generate training plans and materials
- Be audit ready and support Operational teams with the necessary training and assignment plans
