Located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea centre, City Continental Kensington London offers brilliant and affordable accommodation close to the centre of London. The hotel is a short walk away from some of London's iconic attractions including Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History Museum, Kensington Palace, Buckingham Palace and Madame Tussauds. Equally ideal for business trips, Olympia Exhibition centre is within easy reach. For those in need of shopping therapy, Kensington High Street and Westfield Shopping Centre are just around the corner.

As a Part Time Night Team Member you’ll deliver a friendly and efficient service; to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and ensure they have a great experience. You’ll be attentive to our guest's needs from the moment they arrive, make recommendations, and serve accurately and efficiently. You will be guest-focused, ensuring we are creating memorable stays for all our guests, and consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly, and effective approach.

- Welcoming guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner recognising IHG Rewards Club Members and returning guests
- Answering, recording and processing all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns, record guest preferences in the system
- Communicating any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up
- Booking guest reservations for individuals that are requested either by phone or from within the hotel; process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service
- Perform other duties as assigned including serving on bar, cleaning, action special guest requests
