Job Introduction
**We are looking for a Guest Services Ambassador to join the Rapport team at our client’s offices located near Southwark and London Bridge. The client is an American global media, marketing and corporate communications holding company, and you will play a crucial role in supporting the different parts of the business including Reception services, Reservations, Building Services and Events.**

We have a great structure to support each on of our team members and believe that each person is a great asset to the team. The client is open to new ideas and suggestions to improve the business and operations, and we encourage our team to share their creativity. The role would be ideal for someone who is looking for a professional, yet innovative and fun working environment.

**Main responsibilities**
- Providing services on the ground and client floor reception desks
- Proactively dealing with queries, requests and communicating effectively with other service providers
- Completing reports in a timely manner
- Supporting the Call Services team
- Dealing with last-minute requests in a busy environment

- Ideally have experience in Reception and Call Services
