- Develop verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt this approach for different audiences
- Learn to use of a CRM system
- Learn to use of excel, word and outlook
- Experience tariff analysis and reading data
- A keen interest in technology is required
- Willingness to develop within the role, potentially moving departments to meet the requirements of the business
The right person will join a small customer service department of 3 and they also give out technical support as well.
Key responsibilities include taking responsibility for ensuring all our corporate customers receive the best possible customer service and that any issues are dealt with in the quickest possible manner.

- Any previous customer service experience (desirable)
- Personal interest in technology

- Good Communicator
- Can do attitude with a willingness to learn.
**Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) essential
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) essential
