Duties:
Role Duties
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and following through where required.
- Greet any visitors to the offices in a professional manner and provide refreshments when appropriate.
- Create, print and copy promotional material
- Data entry when required
- Liaising with schools
- Company equipment stock check plus upkeep of equipment
- Providing assistance to staff for equipment requirements
- Ensuring online systems are up to date
- General office duties (such as tidying, maintaining a professional workspace)
- Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office
- Management and distribution of incoming and outgoing post
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday pm (30 mins lunch)

- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) essential
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) essential
