We are currently working with an excellent FE college who are looking for a Programme Lead in Engineering Apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Trainer Assessors in delivering high-quality apprenticeships in Engineering, working closely with employers to co-design the curriculum to meet their business needs.
  • Monitor and lead on the outcomes of all apprentices in the sector area, ensuring a high-quality experience for our apprentices and employers.

Requirements:

  • Substantial current experience of successful delivery of Apprenticeship Standards in Engineering.
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • GCSE grade C or equivalent qualification in both Maths and English.
  • Recognised teaching qualification at Level 3 or above or a willingness to undertake this.
