Apprenticeship Placement Officer

We are seeking a skilled Placement Officer to join our Apprenticeship Preparation Programme at Training 2000. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and retaining employers who can provide high-quality work experience and apprenticeship opportunities for our learners.

Your primary objective will be to match aspiring apprentices with suitable work placement opportunities that align with their career aspirations and needs. You will work closely with employers to establish strong relationships and ensure a seamless experience for both parties.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full, clean driving license is preferred, as you will be required to conduct regular face-to-face meetings at employer sites.
