Job Title: Administrator

To assist with PAXMAN complaints and returned equipment process in compliance with applicable global medical device regulations including but not limited to ISO 13485 and MDSAP

Key duties
- Reply to and process PAXMAN complaints.
- Complete complaint incident forms.
- Assist with returning equipment from hospitals and the PAXMAN network.
- Ensure the customer’s return area is maintained including carrying out decontamination of returned items and initial review of products.
- Complete returned equipment stock transactions on the stock system.
- Liaise with UK, US and International team following complaints.
- Maintain complaint logs.
- Assist with providing data for trend reports on customer complaints for relevant departments and monthly vigilance meetings.
- Complete regulatory review for all complaints received to determine any adverse events as per the risk-based approach listed in the PAXMAN quality management system.

This person should be organised, focused and methodical, with the ability to build good relationships. Having a flexible approach to work requirements. This person should be comfortable using computer packages.

This person will also have the ability to work well within a team as well as individually and have a clear understanding of the importance of Quality Management System

Pay: £24,960.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
