**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor with Administrative experience to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure the excellent cleaning of properties to company standards and maximum satisfaction of our clients while managing various administrative duties. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and administrative tasks.

This position offers the flexibility of part-time hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking to balance work with other commitments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective operations. Assign tasks and responsibilities to cleaning staff, ensuring that all areas are cleaned according to company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and company policies. Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to cleaning services promptly and professionally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaning staff, addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any specific cleaning needs or requests.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Administrative Duties**
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing documentation related to cleaning operations.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management related to the cleaning department, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate shifts for cleaning staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Manage and maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and training.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular training sessions for cleaning staff on health and safety practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

**Experience/ Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry with relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- The role may involve working outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of the facility.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting supplies and equipment.
- Full UK Drivers licence
- Must be willing to Travel
