**The Role**

The role comprises of involvement across most elements of the Energy Management Programme, from prospects through implementation, to ongoing fault finding and maintenance.

The role includes, but is not restricted to:

- Set up of new customers on the system (contracts, invoicing, ordering and managing meter/logger installations, target setting, report set up);
- Supporting the department and customers once the programme has launched;
**Duties Include**
- Ensure new Energy Management and Metering customers are processed and set up within the proposed timeframe.
- Keeping the company database up to date and organised - managing new and existing contracts and installations.
- Liaising and maintaining a good relationship with suppliers.
- Managing new customer Energy Management contracts - from paperwork, placing new orders, updating invoicing according to launch dates, tracking progress, and customer set up on the system.
- Managing meter and logger installations - identifying and actioning offline meters, liaising with suppliers to track the meter install process, completing weekly reports, and ensuring any data issues are quickly resolved.
- Supplier invoice validation and query management.
- Preparing monthly reports summarising energy usage.
- Creating pricing templates and data analysis for potential new business.
- Actioning requests and queries from Account Managers regarding metering data, installation progress etc.
- Managing and maintaining our online Energy Management Reporting software.
