Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Operations Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of our office environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and effectively.

Welwyn Garden City
Compensation:
Up to £30,000, commensurate with experience, with potential for a higher salary for exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office functions to foster a productive work atmosphere.
- Handle office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
- Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and benefits administration.
- Assist in formulating and executing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including meeting arrangements and minute-taking.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Promote a positive office culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an Office Manager or in a comparable administrative position.
- Strong background in HR administration.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
This role is primarily office-based, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
