Job Summary
Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our Voids Team in Welwyn Garden City. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including collating and creating reports, spreadsheets, and memos.
- Managing and distributing incoming mail, processing stationery orders, and maintaining office supplies.
- Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks, including minute taking and data entry.
- Supporting the team in the preparation of contracts, tenders, and other business documents.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. You will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in a similar role within the construction or property services sector. You will also have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
