Business Operations Coordinator

At Morgan Sindall Property Services, we're seeking a skilled Business Administrator to join our Voids Team in Welwyn Garden City.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the management team, focusing on contract duties, report creation, and data management.
* Manage and distribute incoming mail, process stationery orders, and maintain office supplies.
* Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operation within the team.
### Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
* Previous experience in the voids maintenance sector or a trade-based background, with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in EBOP and Microsoft software.
