Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Voids Team in Welwyn Garden City. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the management team, carrying out general contract duties, including collating and creating reports, spreadsheets, memos, emails, filing, and minute taking.
You will also be responsible for managing and distributing incoming mail, processing stationery orders and office supplies, and carrying out any ad-hoc administrative tasks.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the voids maintenance sector and develop your administrative skills.
About You
Candidates will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong administration, organisational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will have previous experience within the voids maintenance sector or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
