Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Operations Coordinator to enhance our office environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Welwyn Garden City
Compensation:
Up to £30,000, commensurate with experience (potential for a higher salary for exceptional candidates).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations to foster an effective workplace.
- Oversee inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring all maintenance needs are met.
- Support HR initiatives, including recruitment processes, onboarding, and management of employee records and benefits.
- Assist in crafting and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including taking minutes and organizing meetings.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement.
- Uphold a positive office culture that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Manager.
- Strong background in HR administration.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
This position is primarily office-based, with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
