Are you searching for an exciting Office Coordinator position in Welwyn Garden City? We are actively seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual who thrives on a variety of tasks and projects. A solid background in office-based administration and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.

As a key role within our learning disabilities Charity, the Office Coordinator will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our Head Office. You will be the friendly face of Jubilee House, warmly welcoming guests and maintaining an impeccably organised office environment. Additionally, you will handle preparations for company events, assist with PR and Marketing administration, and provide project support to our operations teams. Flexibility and responsiveness in working closely with the Head of Departments will be crucial, as you will also contribute to ad-hoc projects throughout the Charity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
