Project Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Project Administrator will support the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Act as the point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute project updates, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in the allocation and management of project resources.
- Monitor resource utilisation and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage project-related administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
