**JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY**:
To provide efficient, responsive and comprehensive administrative support to the Recruitment Team as well as the wider People Team in accordance with agreed processes and legislative requirements, undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks, including having personal responsibility for a number of delegated tasks.

**RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Be responsible for administrative tasks and systems relating to contractual terms and conditions.
- To maintain close links with the payroll department, occupational health and external agencies.
- To work unsupervised, adhering to operational procedures and established practice and referring to the line manager for guidance when needed.
- Analysis of verbal, written and electronic information from managers, external agencies and staff ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- To work with Recruiting/HR Advisors and recruiting managers to resolve queries
- Undertake various pieces of delegated project work as required, providing comprehensive and efficient administrative support, demonstrating the ability to work on own initiative.
- Be responsible for the production of reports and statistical data to support projects as required and in a timely manner.
- Understand, develop and work to KPI’s
- To research and develop new recruitment concepts in order that HCT remains competitive in the workforce/labour market
- Be responsible for the development of social media concepts
- To assist the wider team with the development of artificial intelligence
- To contribute to proposed HR policy changes and implement changes within own work area.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Desirable CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- An ability to work on own initiative, without supervision.
- An ability to work within a highly sensitive and confidential environment
- An ability to work under pressure with occasional unpredictable work patterns
- To maintain a positive, proactive and professional approach to work at all times.
- To be flexible in working across the People team agenda and respond positively to the dynamic environment in which this role will operate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £25,147.00-£27,596.00 per year
