Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers, ensuring seamless case management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Updating cases and Adviser/PA on Salesforce.
- Providing quarterly reporting to Advisers on turnover status.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working within financial services, preferably.
- Understanding of financial products, an advantage.
- A driven individual with a focus on client service and contributing towards a high-performance culture.
- IT technical proficiency, including Office 365.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from £28k - £35k per annum, plus opportunities for training and development. Our office is based in Welwyn Garden City, and while the initial training period will be office-based, there may be the option to work from home once trained.
