Administrative Support Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team on a 12 month contract initially. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
Your duties will include meeting and greeting clients and staff, answering and transferring incoming calls, and providing general administrative support as required. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate filing systems, franking mail, and ordering stationery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with reception duties experience and basic Microsoft skills to work in a dynamic environment and develop their skills further.
Salary and Benefits
The company offers a competitive salary of £35,000 plus bonus potential and life insurance after probation period. This remuneration package reflects the importance of this role in supporting the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong numeric and literacy skills, with basic Microsoft skills being essential. A background in reception duties is also highly desirable.
