Pension Administration Programme

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Pension Administration Apprentice in Welwyn Garden City. The successful candidate will be part of an administration team servicing both member and client queries in relation to occupational pension schemes.


About the Role

The role involves working within an administration team, communicating effectively with clients/members via the telephone, and providing a quality customer experience. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately perform manual calculations and assist the wider team in more complex/project work when required.


Requirements

To be considered for this apprenticeship, you should have a Grade 9-4/Grade C or above in Maths and English Language at GCSE or equivalent. You must also be customer and quality focused.


What We Offer

This is an 18-24 months programme where you will be provided on-the-job training and a highly competitive study support package for the Award in Pensions Essentials (APE). You will be fully supported by our Training Provider throughout the duration of the programme. We offer a fixed-term, full-time contract with a competitive salary range of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
