Our client has an exciting opportunity for a **Sales & Marketing Director** to join their team.

Location: Burton Upon Trent

**Salary**: £70K-£90K dependant on experience & bonus

**Sales & Marketing Director - About Our Client**:
Our client is passionate about providing tailor-made holidays across Europe's most beautiful destinations. They have been running for over 25 years and are looking for an experienced **Sales & Marketing director** to drive their business further.

**Sales & Marketing Director - Key Responsibilities**:

- Working in partnership with ecommerce, design & sales, you’ll be a key member of the management team, contributing to a growth strategy, to drive the future of the business and to define the marketing function.
- You’ll be a creative marketer responsible for developing marketing and communications campaigns for all routes to markets.
- You’ll be growing revenue and our customer database through the management of all forms of engagement.
- You’ll be approaching the whole of the digital marketing mix and presenting a market appropriate customer experience across all platforms.
- You’ll be building, leading, expanding, and mentoring the sales team.
- Additionally, you will be identifying opportunities to upskill and develop individuals so that you can optimise the collective team skill set and maximise output.
- You will be leading on the long-term strategic development of the brand, to drive and increase our profile, in line with the needs of target audiences and the strategic objectives of the business.
- To coordinate clear, consistent, and compelling marketing campaigns and content across all communication channels.
- Developing a strong PR strategy across digital and traditional platforms.
- You will be leading effective influencer, PR campaigns and activations, working closely with partners where necessary.

- Ideally you should have at least 5+ years’ experience in the same or similar role
- Previous experience within an ecommerce environment
- Experience in travel industry would be advantageous
- Proven track record of driving sales and developing multi-channel marketing campaigns: digital and traditional
