Sales Director

In beBee Professionals, we are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive our dynamic sales team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, with an estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management and identifying new sales opportunities through market research.
- Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development to ensure they meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role, with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
