Lytham St Annes, United Kingdom Lytham Hearing Centre Full time

Holiday entitlement for full time is 28 days per year including bank holidays. Part time will be pro rata.

**Duties**:

- Taking telephone calls from existing patients and also new enquiries. Ensuring any messages are taken accurately and passed onto relevant staff in a timely manner.
- Completing orders from stock items and monitoring stock levels daily.
- Updating client management system with calls in and out and any requests for tests, service calls, queries etc.
- Taking card payments over the phone and from patients coming into the shop. Running off daily totals and updating excel spreadsheets and client management system with payment information.
- Sending out orders for batteries and any other accessories by post.
- Greeting patients visiting the shop for tests, fittings etc.
- Maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of all areas of the shop.
- Maintaining stock levels of accessories.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
