We are a busy St Andrews-based holiday let management business serving 100+ properties across St Andrews and the East Neuk. The Receptionist/ Administrator Assistant role has several important elements to ensure the smooth running of the business as we grow and develop. A can-do attitude and bubbly personality are essential to handle the demands of the business both in terms of guest and client satisfaction.

**Administration Assistant/PA role to include (but not limited to)**:
**Communications**
- Creation of property information folder.
- Log any guest requests
- Greet any owners or guests that pop into our office on South Street.

**Personal Assistance**
- Assist our management team with paperwork and receipts.
- Organise meetings and schedules where appropriate
- Input receipts and reconcile in Xero
- Assist with the preparation of invoices and bills

**Experience & Required Skills**
- Professional phone manner
- Computer-literacy is essential.
- Excellent inter-personal skills required.
- Keen can-do attitude required - must be enthusiastic, hard-working and flexible.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to evolving and pressured situations a must.
- Driving license preferred due to the nature of the business.
- Any property-related/estate agency experience would be preferred.
- Familiarity with various software packages - Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail which are transferable to the several software packages we use to run the business.

**Location**

Primarily based in St Andrews at our office on South Street, St Andrews.

**Job Types**: Maternity cover 6-12months, potentially leading to a full time position.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year starting
