A leading commercial business who works with the area of charity, social enterprise and health have an exciting new opportunity for to join their HR team. This is a brand-new role for the business and is critical in delivering the firm’s strategic social value programmer. Working with various stakeholders across the business to co-ordinate their diversity and inclusion practices. This is a part-time position for 3 days a week.

**Duties include.**
- Assisting with the development and implementation of the businesses social value and inclusion and their LOV (living their values initiatives)
- Support and coordinate the delivery of a range of activities within the programmes including mental health at work, the firm’s carbon reduction programme alongside other initiatives.
- Actively set objectives to help drive forward their initiatives and monitor progress.
- Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to content for tender submissions.
- Be the champion for ED&I and support the firm’s ambitions to be an inclusive employer.

To be considered you will be passionate about equality, diversity and social value with an excellent ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders. Experience of working in an EDI role or having responsibility for ED&I. This is a fantastic opportunity with a lovely business.
