Social Media Marketing

Our company runs 2 Soft play centres and a shop selling primarily goods from the USA and Asia.
We are looking someone who is great with social media and is also capable of working on our company websites.
Work will be at any of our 3 sites so a driving licence and your own transport will be required (mileage paid on top of wages)
This is a newly created role. The contract is temporary to start (3 months fixed) but will be a permanent position as long as we can see value being created.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TicTok
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all social media channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Build a client database
- Updating website and store hours
**Requirements**:
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with public relations and community management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience is desired but not required as long as you can show excellent engagement on your own social media platforms.
- We use Shopify, Canva, Facebook and are looking to develop Tiktoc so skills in all of these areas would be beneficial
The position is full time (40 hours per week) but working days and times can be flexible.
Work will be carried out from our centre offices, this is not a work from home position.
Benefits above pay include free meals on site and free use of our play centres if you have children. Hot drinks and bottled water is also available free of charge and we pay full days (paid lunch break)
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
