As the Head of Organic Social Media at LeoVegas, you will take on a pivotal role with ultimate responsibility for overseeing all organic social media initiatives across the company. Leading a dedicated team, you will craft and execute compelling strategies on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter), ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence for all LeoVegas group brands.
Your expertise in sport & casino gambling verticals will play a key role in elevating our brand visibility, engagement, and community building in each of our key markets.
**As our Head of Organic Social Media you will**
- Lead and manage a team of organic social media specialists, overseeing the development and execution of organic social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for LeoVegas group brands
- Devise global and country-specific strategies for all brands. Maintaining consistent communication with country teams ensuring strategy alignment, content localization and campaign management.
- Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging, strong content, and striking visuals for all LeoVegas brands, with a particular focus on our hero brands, LeoVegas and BetMGM.
- Initiate and manage external relationships with agencies, partners, and influencers.
- Analyse data and metrics to measure social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Define KPI’s and provide regular reports on strategy performance.
- Implement Paid social media campaigns to support organic growth and country strategies.
- Manage social media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising performance.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and optimize social media strategies.
**Your areas of knowledge and experience**:
- 7+ years of professional experience in social media marketing
- Proven success in developing and executing successful social media strategies, preferably across multiple markets
- Familiarity with the online sportsbook and casino market
- Solid experience with social media management tools - eg. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout etc.
- Experience in leading teams
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with reporting tools; knowledge of Google analytics, Google trends and Tableau would be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new and engaging content ideas with a keen eye for detail.
