For our site in Manchester, we are looking for x2 HR Documentation Management Coordinators. This role is to establish governance and manage HR’s new global document management, processes and procedures, support the establishment of a one source of truth for global and local HR guiding documents (e.g. policies, guidelines, process models, work instructions, job aides, training material, etc.). It includes the responsibility of managing the document loading, review and approval process for all.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Review/validation, Upload, and updating of global and local HR documentation into the defined document management systems (OneSource of Truth, ServiceNow, global employee file etc.).
- Create and Establish global and local HR naming convention and ensure required review/validation per document is done. Ensures all relevant information is captured for each document loaded.
- Creation of document management operating procedures, plans and processes across all HR functions.
- Manages the review and approval process of all documents to agreed timelines in the documentation project plan.
- Provides regular reporting on progress to plan and escalates any issues in a timely manner. Existing Documents gathering (finalization) for the targeted market & streams;
- Act as Gatekeeper for the global HR document management systems (One Source of Truth)
- Ensure security, accessibility and audit trails are maintained for all global HR documents
- Ensure the integration of document management processes by conducting meetings, presentations, and trainings

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor degree with strong document management experience for previous roles
- Document control experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong competence using Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and SharePoint.
- Good stakeholder management/engagement skills
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Able to prioritize workload and deadlines.
- Fluency in English
