We're currently recruiting for a skilled, reliable operations coordinator to facilitate the effective running of the office. Reporting to the office management, you'll play a vital role by being the first point of contact for visitors at PHMG. You will be providing key support to the sales teams, you'll ensure the smooth running of onboarding new employees, sales initiatives and high-profile company events.

**Responsibilities**
- Front of house being the first point of contact for visitors
- Booking meetings rooms for visitors and interviews
- Ensuring our office environment is representative of our brand
- Sorting and distributing mail from across the company
- Handling a wide range of administrative duties
- Assisting the office manager and sales manager
- Producing and maintaining regular sales reports and internal comms
- Supporting the running of regular incentives for the sales team
- Communicating with Business Development Managers, as well as third party liaisons such as events companies and charitable organisations

- Organised and methodical approach to work with the ability to multitask
- Effective personal organisation - you'll have the drive and ambition to go above and beyond what's required of you and prioritise your responsibilities well
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- The ability to work alongside others and as part of a team
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
