Abacus Tax Advisors Ltd, a respected firm of accountants situated in Headingley Leeds, is currently seeking to appoint an administrator to join our expanding team at the earliest opportunity. Our company boasts a dynamic and youthful workforce.

**Duties**
Tasks for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the filing system to ensure organization and accessibility of documents.
- Welcoming clients warmly and professionally upon their arrival.
- Managing phone calls by answering, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintaining the reception area's cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
- Supporting general administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document management.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
Good problem solver with attention to detail.
Ability to work using own initiative with little supervision, showing good organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Deadline driven and ability to work under pressure.
Organisation skills - ability to manage a number of different tasks simultaneously.
Strong time management skills, with ability to plan and prioritise work.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
