We have an ongoing temporary role for a Front of House Receptionist and Administrator. This vacancy is to work Mondays only ideally 8.30am to 6.00pm however they could reduce these hours to a 9.30 start and 5.30 finish. It is every Monday starting on 13 May. Great opportunity for someone working part time who just needs an extra day or a student who can commit to Mondays long term.

Job Profile

Front of house reception role greeting visitors and taking/transferring calls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking and transferring calls
- Greeting visitors
- Maintaining the reception area
- Locking up at the end of the day
- Taking receipt of deliveries and ensuring fully stocked
- Ad hoc administration

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

- No specific experience is needed however any front of house experience would be an advantage
- Previous office experience ideal
- Excellent presentation and first class written and verbal English

Hours: Mondays only. Ideal hours are 8.30am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch however they can consider someone who needs to start a little later eg 9am, 9.30am to 5.30pm as the earliest finish time.

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
