A Leeds City Centre Law firm are looking an experienced Receptionist or Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role as the role is heavily Administrative as well as the Front of House duties.
Salary up to £24k.
Your role
- Meeting and greeting visiting clients.
- Booking of travel/accommodation.
- Ordering general office supplies& stationary
- Ordering catering/refreshments for meetings.
- Ensure the reception area is presentable.
- Manage a switch board and direct relevant calls when required.
- Scanning/photocopying/preparing documents.
- Proof reading documents.
- Scheduling of documents.
- Preparing court bundles.
- General ad-hoc duties.
- Administration or Reception experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to manage own workload.
