**About the role**:
We are excited to advertise this Banking & Income Officer role in the Welfare, Revenues & Business Support service. This role will be based in our evolving Banking & Income Allocation team and is a great opportunity for someone to be part of our ongoing journey to improve and automate our processes whilst keeping our customer needs at the heart of what we do.

This role is based at Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton; however, the team is currently hybrid-working.

The purpose of this role is to provide high quality and customer focussed support to services banking income; enabling services to utilise banking and encashment facilities in
accordance with statutory legislation and best practice. Effectively responding
to high volume queries and ensuring accurate and timely income allocation.

**Additional information**:
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
