Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise Rental Income: Implement strategies to maximize rental income in compliance with statutory regulations, council policies, and operational procedures.
  • Customer Care: Provide outstanding customer service, contributing to increased resident satisfaction and sustained tenancies.
  • Operational and Legal Processes: Ensure all relevant operational and legal processes are followed, including court pre-action protocols and performance indicators.
  • Collaborative Work: Collaborate with various teams, including Tenancy Teams, and engage daily with external organizations such as debt advice agencies, credit unions, Law Centres, and Social Care teams.
