Overview:
We are searching for an enthusiastic, bubbly, and dynamic personality to join our growing team in Milton Keynes If you can start a conversation with anyone and can make people feel at home in seconds then you are probably who we are looking for
The role will be based in our Central Milton Keynes office working Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch, alongside mortgage brokers and other office-based members of the team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to Commute:
- Central Milton Keynes
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from warm leads
- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits
- Answer customer questions and address concerns
- Collaborate with the mortgage adviser team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
**Skills**:
- Mortgage industry experience is beneficial but not required
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication, with a good attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
