**SALES Negotiator**

Arnold & Phillips have the requirement for a full-time Sales Negotiator to be based predominantly from our market leading Ormskirk branch.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and driven individual to join our market leading team of property professionals. A good understanding of the local property market along with a strong focus on sales is essential for this role.

Whilst this role is predominantly based from our Ormskirk branch, the ability to travel between our four regional branches will be occasionally required.

Regular hours will be Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5pm with 20 days holidays plus bank holidays available.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
