Busy Ormskirk Town Centre Estate Agency need **an Experienced Property Sales Progressor / Sales Negotiator** to join our team to help us maintain our superior levels of customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the back-end sales process, taking the property from offer acceptance to exchange and completion.

**As a Sales Progressor you will;**
- Introduce yourself to clients when they have agreed a sale.
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents.
- Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the home buying process
- Follow up with all parts of the chain to ensure things are progressing in the quickest possible time.
- Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure that our customers are given the highest level of service possible at all times.

**As a Sales Negotiator you will**
- Conducting overflow property valuations would be a BIG bonus.
- Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact.
- Provide feedback to vendors at the earliest convenience.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide property details to potential buyers and ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential purchasers.
- Take offers and negotiate sales.
- Record applicants and produce matches.
- Prepare information and keys for the accompanied viewer.
- Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, and surveyors.

**Person Specification of a Sales Progressor / Sales Negotiator**
- Exceptionally well-organised and literate
- Be able to manage the workload in a fast-paced environment
- Able to think strategically
- Client-focused
- Sales Progression or Conveyancing experience is essential
- Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A natural instinct for problem-solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential.
- A persuasive can-do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role, along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse case-load.
- The ability to problem solve, think on your feet, and rapport-building skills are a must. UK driving licence, with a car available, is preferred

Pay: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
