Property Photographer

Position Overview:
As a property photographer and videographer, you will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing and videography for new properties the company has been instructed to sell and let. You will be covering the local areas including Ormskirk, Aughton, Burscough and surrounding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing creative and captivating photo and video content that aligns with our brand guidelines, for web portal advertising and our social media channels.
- Producing drone photography and videography.
- Collaborating with the management team to produce engaging material; including office day to day activity & local area content.
- Managing all elements of live and filmed videography, including production, shooting, audio, and editing.
- Providing a comprehensive suite of images and videos to support paid social media activities.
- Regularly communicating with the management team to ensure alignment between social media photography and videography activities and overall media messaging.
- Monitoring industry developments and activities within the social media landscape, reporting relevant news to the management team.
- Producing floor plans to accompany our property listings.

Skills & Qualifications:

- A natural passion and enthusiasm for photography, videography & social media.
- Creativity with the ability to identify business opportunities based on industry trends and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a team environment while also capable of working independently.
- A positive, enthusiastic, results-driven, 'can-do’ attitude.
- Comfortable shooting both in-house and on location.
- Effective prioritisation skills with the ability to remain calm in pressurised circumstances.
- Agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional experience creating photography and videography for both organic and paid social media on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in photography and videography editing tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with drones is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
- Experience in producing floor plans is preferred, but not required and training will be provided.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
- Ability to inspire others & encourage team participation for content.

All applicants preferably would have their own photography equipment consisting of a DLSR or Mirrorless camera, and wide angle lens. All other equipment will be supplied by the company. Applicants must also have their own vehicle and full UK driving licence.

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
