**Position**:Head of Sales

**Salary**: up to £70,000, car allowance and additional financial benefits

**Location**:Burscough (based on-site)

**What's the background?**

With a solid track record in delivering revenue growth through new business development and strategic account management you are now looking to develop with a growing business. You will have experience of working with own brands along with white label brands, who has the ability to build solid relationships at all levels.

**Responsibilities**:
You will report to the CEO, and we are looking for an individual with strong commercial awareness, who can take the initiative to help drive the performance, and subsequent results, of the Company forward.

It’s an exciting time for Nutreelife as we continue to grow, and the Head of Sales role is crucial to ensure doors at major retailers are opened. You will be confident in engaging with retailers to sell our products, along with negotiating terms, contracts and procurement processes.

You will work in collaboration with colleagues across NPD, Operations and Commercial to help grow the business, alongside Planning and Buying departments to ensure consumables are ordered and available ready for production.

You will be confident in identifying new opportunities for driving B2B demand and generating new leads, along with developing customer acquisition strategy and working across all acquisition channels.

**Experience needed**:
We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience, who understands the food manufacturing industry, specifically sports nutrition.

You will have demonstrable experience in B2B sales, specifically in driving revenue growth for new business and strategic account management. You will also be able to manage strategic sales forecasting and have strong analytical skills, with the ability to implement new reporting structures.

Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management, you will also be confident in proactively shaping the sales and customer engagement strategy.

You'll be a team player, with strong communication skills across all levels, who is focused on meeting targets and who prides yourself on your organisational skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve within in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fully site-based role with some travel expected.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £70,000.00 per year
