This is a varied and rewarding role, part of a small, dedicated administrative team working with a committed and diverse group of Consultant Surgeons who create new question content for the examinations. The post holder will also support general office administration and will have the opportunity to work closely with other members of the JCIE Secretariat team to assist them in the delivery of examinations. The right applicant will be able to demonstrate their organisational skills and their willingness to deal with stakeholders from a professional background.

The postholder must be able to demonstrate some previous experience of providing high quality administrative support across the range of areas listed below. To be successful in this role applicants will require good interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in the use of common IT systems, and a keen attention to detail.

To be successful in this role, applicants will require highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, experience in effectively prioritising and managing competing demands, and a demonstrable ability to produce high-quality, clear, and concise written work, Experience of Exam developer software and interpreting data is desirable.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Question Bank Managers, the post holder will provide administrative support to the Question Bank Managers and Administrator who are responsible for ensuring all content for the Section 1 and Section 2 examinations is produced to the highest possible standard and is delivered at every stage to stakeholders within strictly set timescales.
