Location: Gaydon
- Duration will be for at least 9 months, possibly longer.
- 2-3 days from the office (Gaydon or NAIC in Warwick) and work from home on the other two days.
- As a Project Co-Ordinator, you will be part of on an exciting new collaboration project, working for their next generation of premium electric passenger vehicles. You will enable the delivery of this engineering by providing valuable assistance to projects and their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies linked to Agile within the Digital Product Platform. The Project Coordinator regularly engages with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, therefore, relationship-building skills are key.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Provide effective administrative assistance to projects, utilising project management techniques to ensure the planned outputs support the achievement of strategic business objectives within the Digital Product Platform, and wider, as applicable.
- Assist in the planning and organising of operational meetings, agile ceremonies and events.
- Coordinate the reporting of key project metrics, using tools including Tableau and Jira.
- Use project management tools to support and promote efficient project delivery.
- Coordinate opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, across the area and support in defining best practices.
- Promote and drive the implementation of Agile processes, tools and techniques into JLR teams.

**What you’ll need**:

- Experience of working in a project support role, ideally in an electrical, or engineering environment.
- Experience of change management or driving process improvement.
- Experience or knowledge of the ‘Agile’ project management framework.
- The ability to learn how to differentiate between the project management and technical content elements of the role.
- To be dependable, results-driven, with a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to communicate at all levels and convey complex ideas.
- To be an effective team player who supports colleagues to deliver shared objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software as well as the ability to learn how to use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- The ability to respond to change and adapt to change in priorities.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: £24.00-£28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gaydon
