**WHAT TO EXPECT**

This role will work as part of the Estate Management maintenance team (based at Gaydon) to provide support to the site to help control and maintain all associated offices, buildings, plant and facilities. The position is responsible for arranging / organising contractors, prioritising work orders, ordering of goods and services, liaising with all departments across site and analysing different systems and performance measures for continuous improvement.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsibility for the control and monitoring of fuel deliveries to site and to ensure supplies are maintained to keep the fuel farm stocked at the optimum levels to support fleet and site usage.
- Control and support of contractors on site
- Review of Contractor RAMS to raise annual CJRs.
- Raising orders for goods / services for both annual preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs.
- Control and organise small repair / refurbishment projects.
- Maximise and optimise the preventative maintenance systems for the site.
- Intermediate to advanced ability to use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word for use in analysis, documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of Tableau and Jira
- Any other relevant works as may be required.

**WHAT YOU-LL NEED**
- Previous experience in a similar role in maintenance/ facilities operations
- Relevant technical qualifications
- Technical engineering skills developed in a facilities or manufacturing environment.
- Strong abilities in Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of data tools (Tableau)
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the company and external suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and O&Ms
