**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Within our procurement function, we have a brand-new opportunity for a Senior Programme Coordinator to play a vital role in contributing to our future strategy.

This position will allow you to be a part of a fresh team delivering vehicles, systems and products from JLR Platforms, and be responsible for key procurement and collaboration activities within JLR and our designated partners.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- To act as a lead for procurement on a day-to-day basis within the projects team
- Coordinate and deliver on Programme objectives, ensuring deliverables are met on time in full and to the correct standards.
- Lead, plan and design your activities of work to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Manage and develop internal and external relationships including suppliers within the projects.
- To effectively work and communicate with global partners across different markets.
- To lead, facilitate resolution of complex cross-functional issues through proven problem-solving methods.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

Essential:

- Strong Influencing & Negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects, with demonstrable evidence of successful delivery in challenging cross functional environments.
- Experience of international stakeholder management and leading teams to deliver on objectives.
- Strong business acumen, personal initiative and a passion to succeed.
- MCIPS or Professional Programme Management level with a proven track record in a Procurement, Cost Management, Programme Management or complex business environment.
