Programme Management

As our next Programme Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in supporting the Programme Leader and driving the progression and delivery of whole vehicle programmes. Your role will be to plan and coordinate cross-functionally the internal R&D teams to deliver new vehicle lines to production. Specifically, you will be responsible for controlling vehicle definition, programme timing and costs.

To excel in your role, the Programme Coordinator will be responsible for owning and managing robust definition, Engineering timing release schedule, programme status metrics, and coordinating cross-functional inputs. You'll be given the chance to take ownership of your work and make a tangible impact. You'll deal with complex challenges and be responsible for finding effective solutions. You'll have the freedom to explore innovative ideas and implement them in a real-world context.

In this role, you will have the chance to excel and showcase your excellent organization skills, good interpersonal and collaboration skills, good communication skills, and confidence in face-to-face meeting environments. The Key Requirements…

Good experience of project managementEducated to degree level with relevant project management, automotive or mechanical engineering (desirable)Significant experience of managing multiple requirements concurrentlyExperience of automotive environment (desirable)Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skillsConfidence within face to face meeting environmentsProficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel and Powerpoint)
