**WHAT TO EXPECT**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Programme Co-Ordinator to join our End of Life team as part of our Aftermarket Procurement function. This role is an integral part of the team as you will be responsible for ensuring actions are taken to protect continuity of supply at an optimised price for all service parts as they transition from current production to service only demand.

In this role, you will identify programme change points and collaborate with our manufacturing teams to determine the end of life strategy for key commodities. You will then manage the implementation of the plan to deliver the agreed strategy. This position will provide you with a lot of variety and the opportunity to work with a number of internal stakeholders, presenting regular status reports to senior stakeholders and continuous process improvement.

Further duties include, but are not limited to:
Support key strategic projects and work streams within the EOL environment, ensuring quality, cost and timescales are prioritised as appropriate
- Ensure continuity of supply and optimise material cost position at EOL stageAdherence to process timings and deliverables- Optimise our supply base for non-current parts and our service part portfolio

**WHAT YOU-LL NEED**

We are looking for someone that is capable of leading and driving the management of the End of Life (EOL) process. We need someone that can provide administrative support and project management techniques to ensure the planned outputs and strategic business objectives at EOL are achieved.

Essential:
Clear understanding of how to facilitate a cross functional team to meet objectives with experience of working in teams and/or experience of relationship management.
- Experience of project planning, implementation and deliveryExperience of project management and process improvementExperience of Engine assembly processes and supply chains preferable
- Competent user of MS Office: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
