**WHAT TO EXPECT**

The time has come for a fantastic opportunity to get involved in our ePropulsion Programme team.

This position will play an integral part in the strategy development and launch of our battery and electric drive unit programmes. As we continue our journey to progress with the reimagine strategy and offering electrified vehicles across the house of brands.

An opportunity to lead and be responsible for building strong working relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels in the business. Whilst ensuring successful progression and delivery of our new battery and electric drive unit programmes.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Drive continuous improvement and problem solving, working with key stakeholders, internal customers and process improvement teams.
- Working directly with the commodity Procurement teams to ensure that any risks to sourcing timelines are flagged with mitigation plans developed through collaborative working.
- You will be responsible for supporting the Agile deployment.
- Ensuring stakeholders are kept appropriately briefed on relevant strategy, processes, and opportunities to derive maximum benefit for JLR.
- Enhance key stakeholder relationships across the organisation to provide the best overall outcomes from the supply chain whether they are technical, commercial or logístical.
- Represent Procurement through programme meeting cadence and ensure commercial inputs and outputs are actioned in accordance with Programme requirements.
- You will be responsible for ensuring processes deliver to cost, quality and specified timelines.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

Essential:

- Strong Influencing & Negotiation skills.
- Project management experience in a commercial Programme environment demonstrating delivery of complex projects on time and in budget.
- The ability to lead, facilitate resolution of complex cross-functional issues via proven problem-solving methods.
- Experience in Stakeholder and relationship management within global, cross functional teams.
- MCIPS or Professional Programme Management level with a proven track record in a Procurement, Cost Management, Programme Management or complex business environment.
